S’PORT Privacy Policy

S’PORT is a mobile application (“application”) distributed by CALEX LLC (“CALEX LLC” or “we” or “us” or “our”) which allows fans to send messages to and interact with student-athletes. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) helps explain how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our application (collectively the “Services”). Please also read the Terms of Service (the “Terms”) which describes the terms under which you use the services.
Information We Collect
We receive or collect information when we operate and provide our Services, including when you install, access and use our Services.

Information You Provide
Your Account Information - In order to create a S’PORT account you will provide us with a valid email address and Full Name. You may also voluntarily provide your school, sport and profile picture. A user id is generated on account creation and is linked to the user’s identity. Profile information is not used for tracking purposes.
Your Messages - Messages are retained in our secured databases and are not used for ordinary course of providing our Services other than accessing the message to create a memorialized Non-Fungible. If you would like your messages to be deleted please contact support. This includes the pictures, signatures and stat lines of games provided as a part of the message.
Your S’PORT card pictures - The S’PORT cards generated as a part of using our services are retained for the ability to be minted as an NFT is requested by the fan of the conversation. These S’PORT cards are owned by CALEX LLC unless purchased through our Services to have the card minted and transferred to your digital wallet ID. S’PORT retains the ability to market these S’PORT cards unless ownership is transferred.
Automatically Collected Information
Metrics and Performance Data - We may collect performance information or diagnostic data to make our application run better. This includes high level information about your activity within the application (how you use the application and interact with other users on the application, crash and performance logs and reports. Adalo, our application third-party provider, uses other diagnostic data for Analytics and is not linked to the user’s identity. This is not used for tracking purposes.
Usage Data - Adalo, our application third-party provider, uses product interaction data for analytics and is linked to the user’s identity. Product interaction data is not used for tracking purposes.
Device and Connection Information - We may collect device specific information when you install, access or use our application and Services. This may include your IP address and if you choose to allow push notifications, your device’s unique push token ID.
Stripe Payment Processing Performance - The Stripe iOS SDK collects data to help us improve our products and prevent fraud. This data is never used for advertising and is not rented, sold, or given to advertisers. Stripe’s full privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
When you use components of the Stripe iOS SDK (for example, when tokenizing a card or confirming a payment), Stripe collects analytics data. This includes (but is not limited to) the end user's device model, OS version, and other non-personally identifiable information. Stripe uses this information to improve our products.
By default, Stripe also collects additional information on device characteristics and user interactions with the Stripe iOS SDK to prevent fraud. For more information, visit Stripes page on Advanced Fraud Detection.
During a 3D Secure 2 transaction, some end user data may also be sent to the card issuer as defined by the EMV 3-D Secure Specification.

How We Use The Information We Collect
Our purpose in collecting this information is to help us operate, provide, improve, support our Services.

Verify your account
Resolve disputes and troubleshoot issues
Prevent and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities
Prevent potential violations to our posted Terms
Improve the Services and the layout and content on our application

Marketing
We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.

Any communications sent to you by S’PORT will either be related to your account or will be related to the Services.

At this time there will be no other marketing communication sent and if we decide to change this, we will update this policy and notify you.

At this time there will be no third-party ad banners on S’PORT but if this changes we will update this policy and notify you.
How Your Information Is Shared With Other S’PORT Users
If you purchase a message on S’PORT and proceed to send a message to a student-athlete, that user will have access to your message content sent. Users with whom you interact with may store or re-share this content with others off our Services.
How We Share Information With Third Parties
We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, customize, support and market our Services. For example, we work with companies to distribute our apps, provide our infrastructure, delivery and other systems. These providers may provide us with information about you in certain circumstances like if there is an issue on our app and the app store needs to provide us with diagnostic performance data to fix the issue.

We may also share information with law enforcement, government officials or other third parties when we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure or if we believe that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations to our Terms.

Lastly, we may share information with companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by and in the event of this occurring we will ensure that this policy is updated and reflects the privacy policy of the newly combined company.

How We Use Cookies
When you access our Services, we may place small data files called cookies or pixel tags on your computer or mobile device.

We use these files to understand, secure, operate, and provide our Services.
How You Can Access Or Change Your Information
